ARE YOU READY FOR ACADEMIC CHALLENGE & A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO LEARNING?
Central Coast New Tech High (CCNTH) is a college prep high school in Nipomo, California and a part of the New Tech Network, which has over 200 schools nationwide and in Australia. It is also a school of choice within the Lucia Mar Unified School District (LMUSD) and admission is open to all SLO and Santa Barbara County students.
CCNTH is a very rigorous learning environment intended for students who seek academic challenge and a different learning approach. Our only course of study is College Preparatory (A-G) and includes a choice of four Career Technical Education (CTE) pathways:
It is important to note that LMUSD students must complete/pass three years of mathematics in high school before graduating. At CCNTH, the only math courses offered are the following, which are all significantly challenging courses, requiring 70% passing scores in assessments to move on to the next course:
We encourage all families to review our Course Catalog before beginning the registration process to ensure that CCNTH is a good academic fit for your student.
