CCNTH will be hosting a Dine and Donate fundraiser TONIGHT from 5pm to 8pm at Five Guys in Arroyo Grande to support the senior class of 2024. Families need to mention that they are with CCNTH to support the fundraiser. We hope to see you there!

 

Join the CCNTH Freshmen and Sophomores this Thursday for their annual Night at the New Tech Museum event, featuring 9th grade World War 1 productions and the 10th grade Journey through the Decades! This is a great event for your whole family. ASB and the Leo Club will be providing pizza and cupcakes for purchase.

 

After weeks of cancellation, due to rainy weather, Freshman Friday is back! This week, Link Crew will be hosting the much anticipated Musical Chairs game. Musical Chairs will be in the quad during lunch, this Friday. So come out quickly before the rain comes back!

 

Teen Closet will be open TODAY at lunchtime in Room 142. Come look through the gently used clothes and take what you need.

Hancock College rep will be in the Career Center today to help students register for classes. Cuesta will be here on Thursday.

 

Dignity Health’s Physician Mentoring Program gives local students the opportunity to shadow physicians as they care for patients. Physicians from a variety of specialties volunteer their time, leading students in the office setting, on their rounds, in the emergency department, and in the operating room.  If you are interested in applying please click HERE. Applications are only accepted now until April 24th at 5:00PM.

ASB is hosting another Movie Night next Thursday, April 25th from 4 to 6pm. The movie will be Tangled! Snacks, and pizza will be available for purchase. Movie Night is free, but a permission slip will be required to attend. Permission slips can be found in both offices.

Your CCNTH Garden Club is having a plant sale today and tomorrow in front of room 906. Small plants are $1, Medium plants are $2, and larger plants are $3.

If you are planning on attending Cuesta College next Fall, make sure you pick up a “Cougar Welcome Day: Field Trip Permission Slip from Mrs. Crowe or Mrs. Espinoza. Cougar Welcome Day is May 8th. Permission slips can be returned to Mrs. Crowe or Mrs. Espinoza by April 30th.

The Walk for Autism Event is next Sunday, April 28th from 8am to 5pm at the Mission Plaza in San Luis Obispo! Volunteers are needed! For more info go to the virtual Community Service board or stop by the Career Center.
